Our printing machines run working 24 hours a day and 6-7 days a week. our customer service representatives are available from Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm china time (except Holidays). Also, don't hesitate to e-mail us anytime at support@Printingunion.com any time.

We are located in Ningbo China, which is the 2nd largest seaport in China.
How can I get a Custom Quote?
Request a custom quote using the custom quote form or email us with a print professional. What file types do you accept?
While PDFs are preferred and recommended for art uploads, we accept any of the following file formats:
Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)
Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps)
Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .tif, .jpg)
Adobe InDesign How do I get my files to you? Our FTP Server (please contact us and provide out our FTP info to you) You can submit artwork files to Our Dropbox via Yousendit.com, which is very simple and secure.

Is there any minimum order limit?
Due to the cost of shipping, we recommend the following Minimum Quantities for China Print Quotation. Can I check the proof before mass production?

How long does it take?
Lead times vary according to the kind of product manufactured and the quantity.
Standard shipping times are as follows:
US /Canada, West and Central— 3-4 weeks
US and Canada, East Coast— 4-5 weeks
Europe— 5-6 Weeks
Australia— 2-3 Weeks
Central / South America— 4-6 Weeks
Do you handle importing?
In most cases, yes. We typically provide quotations on the basis of door to door delivery, whereby we handle all shipping, import and final delivery, and whereby import duties, if any are included in the price offered. If you prefer, however, we can provide the shipment FOB China, or deliver to port for pickup.
